How to Set up an Account for Studio #

  1. Check your email inbox for an email from noreply@goodmaps.com. It will list the email you entered as the account name and will provide a link to click on, or you can click on the button labeled “Accept Invitation.”
  2. Once redirected to Studio, you will be asked to create a memorable and strong password using the guidelines provided. You will then be required to set up multi-factor authentication as an additional step before being signed in.

How to Set up Multi-Factor Authentication #

  1. After following the instructions on how to set up your account with an email and password, click the “Continue” button.
  2. Download an authenticator app like Twilio Authy on a mobile device and click the “Add account” button towards the bottom of the screen. Scan the QR code displayed on Studio’s webpage, and this will add your Studio account to the authenticator.
  3. Select a logo for the account profile and click the “Continue” button. Next, enter an account nickname and click the “Save” button.
  4. Enter the token that appears in the authentication app into the browser where Studio is open as the passcode before the token expires (about every 30 seconds it will generate a new token).
  5. Once the authenticator can verify your identity, you will be logged in.

How to Reset Your Password #

  1. Under the login screen, there is a “Forgot Password?” link that will ask you to enter the email you used to sign up for your Studio account.
  2. Hit the “Continue” button. A popup should appear informing you that instructions to reset your password were sent to your email inbox. Be sure to check your spam or junk folders in case the email got sent there.
  3. You should receive an email from noreply@goodmaps.com with a link to confirm your password change request. A new window will open that will allow you to enter a new password and re-enter it to confirm the new password.
  4. Click the forward arrow inside the yellow box. The next screen will indicate that the password reset was successful. You should now be able to open the Studio log-in page and use the new password.
