GoodMaps is introducing accessible digital wayfinding across 12 Port Authority Trans-Hudson (PATH) stations – a major step forward for inclusive transit in the New York–New Jersey region (The Port Authority of New York and New Jersey).
The deployment delivers turn‑by‑turn, smartphone‑based navigation within one of the nation’s busiest rail networks, helping riders with disabilities travel more confidently and independently while improving station navigation for all passengers. Developed in close collaboration with PATH stakeholders, this rollout underscores a shared commitment to accessibility, safety, and scalability across a complex urban transit system.
