Sometimes you need to send diagnostics of how the app is performing to our engineering team. Here are the steps to perform this action to help us troubleshoot some potential issues.

1. Open the app
2. Scroll down
3. At the bottom of the page click on “Run Diagnostics”
4. It will run diagnostics and send our engineering team the information
5. It will also show you the information the Run Diagnostics page collects.
